Our approach to treating you ensures that you are provided with full support throughout your rehabilitation journey from the point of diagnosis right through to aftercare.

Our treatment is done in four stages as follows.

The initial stage is a thorough examination of your condition during which we will use detailed questionnaires to determine the problem, the area of your body that it is affecting and its cause. This diagnosis is important as it will set the terms of the rest of your treatment.

Action Plan

The information about your condition obtained during the diagnosis will be used to formulate a bespoke action plan for treatment. This will involve making informed recommendations on particular treatments that will target your problem and offering expert advice that will start the recovery process.

After you have approved the action plan, treatment will commence. Treatment is always done by our expert physiotherapists who are there to guide you comfortably through your rehabilitation and facilitate your achievement of full fitness.

The Latter Stages of

In order to make sure that the success of your rehabilitation continues and that you maintain your good health, we will prescribe you with a programme of functional exercises that you will conduct in your own time. When you leave our service, you will leave with lots of advice and instructions about aftercare that is tailored to your condition.
